Our practice focuses on movement from the center in a spiraling and flowing manner, emphasizing the need to blend with the attacker to provide the energy for the technique. We strive to provide an environment that is both safe and enjoyable to all who wish to join us on our journey.
If you would like to begin training with us, or if you have any questions regarding our Aikido community, please contact Jay Lindholm or stop by and visit. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have as well as share our aikido experiences with you.
