Our practice focuses on movement from the center in a spiraling and flowing manner, emphasizing the need to blend with the attacker to provide the energy for the technique. We strive to provide an environment that is both safe and enjoyable to all who wish to join us on our journey.

Labor Day Weekend Schedule

We will have a modified schedule this holiday weekend. Sunday, September 5th: Normal schedule for the first class, followed by dojo clean up during the second class. As they say "Many hands makes quick work" and we encourage our members to come in and help with the cleaning from 2:00-3:00pm. Monday, September 6th: No class. Tuesday, September 7th: Normal class schedule. Whether you are traveling or staying in town for various activities, we at South Austin Aikido wish you and your family a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!
