It's no exaggeration to say that Aikido has been one of the most important promoters of my personal growth over the past five years. It's affected me in so many ways, from building self-confidence, to accepting life as it is instead of how I want it to be, to dealing with conflict. I recommend this community to all who want to start their journey of personal growth.
