We are excited to announce Mary Heiny Sensei’s third annual visit to South Austin Aikido on January 22nd - 24th, 2010.

For more than forty years, Mary Heiny Sensei has followed a path of physical and spiritual inspiration as a student and teacher of Aikido.

She brings to every class her many years of aikido training and teaching, as well as her extensive experience and study of Japanese culture, language, Shinto and Buddhist philosophies, and Non-Violent communication.
