Today we celebrated Jay Sensei's birthday through our transitional birthday rolls. This after a class on ukemi where we rolled through the entire class. It was a perfect way to finish the class with Jay Sensei rolling 80 times for the many energetic aikidoka on the mat. Happy Birthday Jay Sensei! |
