South Austin Aikido's 5th annual Aiki Week kicks off Saturday, August 14th. With seven days of consecutive training and a different focus for each class, providing a great opportunity to get in some extra training.

We'll celebrate the first day of Aiki Week with a Potluck at Darrell White's house. Directions in the Member's section.

Saturday, August 14th

  • 10:00am – 11:00am Basics
  • 11:15am – 12:00pm Jo Dori
  • 6:00pm – 10:00pm Potluck Party
Please note that we share the parking lot with several businesses that operate on Saturday morning so our members/guests will need to park in the Broken Spoke's parking lot (next door to our dojo) for the Saturday morning class.

Sunday, August 15th

  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm All Levels
  • 2:15pm – 3:00pm Tachi Dori

Monday, August 16th

  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm Ukemi
  • 7:15pm – 8:00pm Koshi

Tuesday, August 17th

  • 5:00pm - 5:45pm Kid's Class
  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm All Levels
  • 7:15pm – 8:00pm Weapons (Bokken)

Wednesday, August 18th

  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm Rolling
  • 7:15pm – 8:00pm Randori

Thursday, August 19th

  • 5:00pm - 5:45pm Kid's Class  
  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm Basics
  • 7:15pm – 8:00pm Weapons (Jo)

Friday, August 20th

  • 6:00pm – 7:00pm All Levels
  • 7:15pm – 8:00pm Tanto Dori
  • 8:30pm - 9:30pm Go out for dinner after class
